About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc.'. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic, high-quality legal services to our diverse range of corporate clients. This full-time position is based in our Makati City Metro Manila office, allowing you to be part of a vibrant and collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions
  • Advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters, including regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and intellectual property protection
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's strategic initiatives and growth objectives
  • Staying up to date with the latest legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive, business-oriented solutions
  • Mentoring and supervising junior members of the legal team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional legal services

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and 2 years law firm , ideally gained within a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and legal instruments
  • Extensive knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and best practices, with a strong understanding of the local and regional business landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical, business-focused advice
  • A proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Commitment to staying at the forefront of legal developments and a passion for providing innovative solutions to clients
