We are now seeking a college-level intern to join our team at Central Country Estate, Inc. As an Accounting Intern, the Company will expect you to be in-charge of providing assistance to the team with variety of accounting-related duties, with an emphasis on verifying recorded bank transactions and official receipts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist the Accounting Analyst in reconciling bank transactions against check disbursement books (CDB) to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

· Manage and file Accounts Payable Vouchers (APVs), ensuring proper documentation and organization for each corresponding supplier or payee.

· Verify invoice amounts against Petty Cash Fund (PCF) replenishment requests to support accurate financial reporting and reimbursement processes.

· Support effective file management by maintaining both physical and digital records using standardized naming conventions and systematic organization, including scanning and archiving documents.

· Perform accurate data entry and updating of financial information in Excel spreadsheets to support reporting and analysis needs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· Must be a graduating student, preferably in accounting-related courses

· Must be willing to render at least 600 hours, but can be negotiable

depending on the applicant's situation

· Organized and have keen attention to details

· Have basic knowledge of software

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3-4 months

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • 8 hours shift
  • Monday to Friday
