Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with sales reps to support complex deals, understand customer requirements, and propose technical solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand technical needs, answer complex questions, and provide product demonstrations.
  • Solution Development: Design and tailor solutions that align customer challenges with product capabilities, often involving financial modeling.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of products/services to effectively present features and benefits.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with product development, engineering, and customer support to ensure product fit and smooth implementation.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide training, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Experience in a technical field combined with sales experience.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of engineering, IT, or specific product domains.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to translate technical jargon into business value for clients.
  • Sales Orientation: Driven to meet sales goals and quotas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
