ROLE OVERVIEW

The
Digital Growth & Systems Strategist

is a multi-skilled, self-driven team member who serves as the operational arm of the CEO — driving day-to-day execution across SEO, content delivery, platform organization, and administrative support.

You will optimize PrimeSpan's digital visibility, structure our backend systems, coordinate marketing campaigns, and ensure timely publishing of content. You'll work directly with the CEO, but you'll also be instrumental in supporting the growth of the company as a whole.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SEO & WEBSITE PERFORMANCE

• Conduct keyword research and optimize Kajabi web pages, blogs, and emails
• Implement best practices in metadata, alt text, internal links, and site speed
• Monitor keyword rankings, search traffic, and page performance
• Contribute to backlink-building efforts and blog outreach campaigns

CONTENT & SOCIAL SUPPORT

• Upload and format content into Kajabi (courses, blog, email, landing pages)
• Manage weekly content calendar via Google Drive
• Edit, draft, or format captions and short-form copy (for posts or reels)
• Maintain visual consistency and brand voice across platforms

ADMIN & SYSTEMS EXECUTION

• Organize PrimeSpan's digital infrastructure (files, naming systems, permissions)
• Support SOPs, calendars, and task workflows in Notion
• Handle backend CRM tagging, data hygiene, and weekly email QA
• Manage campaign deadlines, upload tasks, and tech setup support

GROWTH & REPORTING

• Track marketing KPIs: opens, clicks, SEO metrics, sign-ups, conversions
• Prepare weekly performance updates for internal meetings
• Monitor campaign analytics and suggest improvements
• Assist in launch operations and waitlist engagement flows

TOOLS YOU'LL USE

• Kajabi
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
• Canva / CapCut
• Meta Business Suite
• Google Analytics / Search Console
• Google Chat

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years in a hybrid VA, SEO, content, or admin role
• Strong written and verbal English
• Organized, proactive, and independent — with high attention to detail
• Comfortable with KPIs, reports, and content platforms
• Strong familiarity with Kajabi or proven ability to learn quickly
• Passion for wellness, longevity, or aging-related missions preferred

COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES

• Base Salary:

$600/month (Year 1)
- Annual Review:

Performance-based raise eligibility each year
- Bonus:

Earn
10% of monthly salary

when PrimeSpan exceeds its financial targets
- Probation Period:

30 days, with performance review by Day 45

KEY SUCCESS METRICS

• Keyword rankings and SEO traffic growth
• Timely execution of content uploads and task deadlines
• Clean backend systems and file integrity
• Accuracy in campaign setups, link tracking, tagging
• Proactive weekly reporting and problem-solving

AVAILABILITY & TIME ZONE EXPECTATIONS

• Must overlap with Pacific Time (PST) for at least 3–4 hours/day
• Monday check-in via Slack or Telegram required
• Weekly task list submission by Monday morning PST
• Occasional live calls with the CEO and team
