Job Opening: IT Support Technician

Location: Mandaue City

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive IT Technician / Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

What You'll Do:
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers
  • Provide technical support to office and field employees (in-person and remote)
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose hardware or software issues
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
  • Monitor and maintain networks and servers
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles
  • Conduct regular system audits and updates
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary
What We're Looking For:
  • Graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • With or without experience (new graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, network systems, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle technical problems independently
  • Organized, analytical, and willing to work on-site
