Process Engineer

• Job Overview

We are looking for a Process Engineer who can be responsible for overseeing and assessing existing processes and workflows and identifying areas for improvement.

As a Process Engineer, your tasks would include but are not limited to analysing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement; developing and implementing new processes; and collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new processes. You should be able to communicate and liaise with fellow process engineers and client/s directly and effectively. A strong Internet connection, as well as experience with communication tools such as Zoom, WhatsApp, and Teams, are required for this role.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage deadlines and produce high-quality outcomes with little supervision.

• Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct process analysis for company core business processes
• Create quality practice documents and standard operation Procedures
• Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows
• Optimises productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures
• Analyse data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
• Developing and maintaining process documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials
• Assembles reports to document process status and changes
• Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades
• Communicates findings and proposals to upper management
• Utilises process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate production strategies
• Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes
• Conducts risk assessments
• Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
• Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (graduate degree preferred)
• Valid state engineering license
• Previous experience in quality or business process engineering
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent analytical and math skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to persuade others to change existing practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve problems
• Proficient with computer and information technology
• Knowledge of process engineering software systems
• Familiarity with applicable health and safety regulations.

• Reliable computer or laptop with two (2) monitors/screens
• Noise-cancellation headset with mouthpiece
• Clear webcam
• Stable wired Internet connection, NOT pre-paid wireless modem or dependable on cellular network only.
