Job Functions:

  • Analyze OEE data and identify equipment-related problems
  • Formulate and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain and improve OEE
  • Analyze strategies and implement improvement COT (Conversion Time)
  • Identify improvement actions on spare parts and equipment peripherals
  • Generates equipment Work Instructions
  • Implement control of jigs and fixtures used in time
  • Generates engineering report for top issues encountered in the line
  • Feedback preventive maintenance group on equipment that is due for calibration
  • Recommend improvements in the execution of preventive maintenance
  • Collaborate with suppliers for machine requirement and services
  • Helps in identification, selection and qualifications of new machines
  • Identify and generates an action plan for equipment under restoration
  • Capable of facing customers and generating reports with the necessary data to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience/Skills:

  • Experience in semiconductor or electronics company
  • Knowledgeable in 7QC tools, PFMEA and process control plan
  • Knowledgeable in machine related to CHROMA, Tape & Reel, Existech, Ismeca and Turret
