Job Description:

The HR Staff will provide essential support in day-to-day HR operations. This role includes handling government-mandated benefits, assisting with recruitment processes, and supporting employee relations matters. The HR Staff will directly report to the HR Manager and is expected to perform duties efficiently under pressure, with flexibility for extended hours and travel if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and prepare documents for SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, and other government-mandated benefits.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
• Support in employee audits and compliance monitoring.
• Maintain and update HR records using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Assist in the preparation and facilitation of HR reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant government agencies for HR-related concerns.
• Support in DOLE/NLRC-related cases and documentation (if applicable).
• Perform HR-related tasks and other assignments as directed by the HR Manager.
• Willing to work overtime, on holidays, and travel if needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR-related tasks, including handling SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG and employee benefits.
• Experience in recruitment/interviewing is required.
• Knowledge in handling or assisting in DOLE or NLRC processes is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Can work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work overtime, during holidays, and travel if required.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
