We are a Japanese company operating Jewel Café, a specialized store that buys jewelry and branded goods.
Jewel Café operates 250 stores in Japan and over 300 stores worldwide.
We have opened our first store in the Philippines at Venice Grand Canal Mall and our second store at Festival Mall.
We are now looking for talented individuals to join us in accounting roles as we plan for further expansion of Jewel Café.

●Job Description
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and files, both electronically and physically.
- Assist in the process of replenishing petty cash for stores, preparing replenishment requests, and coordinating with the finance department to ensure timely funding and proper documentation.
- Review daily entries in Jewel Cafe portal, identifying any discrepancies and highlighting data that requires immediate reporting. Additionally, ensure that the guidelines for data encoding in the portal are being followed correctly.
- Assist in payroll processing and related tasks.
- Prepare and submit tax filings and support the audit process.
- Perform data entry tasks related to invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Respond to inquiries related to accounting.
- Office operations support (leasing and permit handling)
- Store operations support (marketing, market research, meetings with contractors)
- Liaison with shopping mall personnel
- Coordination with bank representatives and accounting firms
- Acquisition and renewal of business permits and licenses
- Support for obtaining visas for Japanese managers
- Other tasks related to office and store operations support
● Requirements
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in an accounting role or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask
- Experience handling government-related tasks
- Flexibility (both office and fieldwork required)

●Salary
- 30,000 PHP (Total: 30,000 PHP + Benefits: 3,000 PHP = 33,000 PHP)
Work Schedule:
- 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
- Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Weekends and holidays off
- Probation Period
- 6 months
