1. Awareness, Training, and Adoption

  • Design visual and written cybersecurity learning content
  • Implement cybersecurity user awareness campaigns, learning programs, communications, and user adoption for new capabilities

2. Compliance, Policies, Standards, and Processes

  • Lead ISMS certification preparation, execution, and completion
  • Develop, calibrate, and release Information Security Policies, Standards, Guidelines, and Procedures
  • Align company policies, standards, and processes with global cybersecurity frameworks
  • Conduct Information Security Compliance Audits across various business and technology groups
  • Support the implementation of group-wide information security compliance programs
  • Collaborate with Legal, Audit, Privacy, and Regulatory teams on all information security-related compliance activities
  • Perform User Access Reviews (periodic and project-specific)

3. Third-Party Cybersecurity Risk Management

a. Third-Party Contract Management

  • Build and maintain an inventory of third parties and understand their criticality to company operations
  • Review third-party contracts to ensure cybersecurity requirements are appropriately represented
  • Evaluate contract terms and conditions to manage cyber risks, including those from subcontractors
  • Collect and analyze cyber risk metrics and indicators to support monitoring

b. Third-Party Cyber Risk Management

  • Assess third-party security posture for engagement renewal or extension
  • Monitor changes in third-party criticality and risk, and review ongoing performance to manage cyber risks
  • Identify and assess sources of third-party cyber risk for potential systemic threats
  • Implement measures to manage third-party risks and enhance information sharing

4. Incident Response

  • Support the execution of Incident Response Plan (IRP) exercises/simulations involving internal entities, third parties, and relevant partners

5. Compliance Management Support

  • Respond to cybersecurity questionnaires related to insurance applications or external assessment requirements to baseline or benchmark the company's security risk posture
  • Assist in preparing memorandums to internal stakeholders (e.g., asset/process owners and custodians

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years experience
  • Strong knowledge of security governance frameworks, mainly 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT, and CIS Controls
  • Excellent communication skills – able to create and deliver clear, engaging cybersecurity awareness content and training
  • Ability to analyze contracts and assess risk implications
  • Proficient in developing, reviewing, and implementing security policies, standards, and procedures
