The main role and responsibilities of the employee will be:

  1. Ability to work end to end on strategic developments of a product web version for our main on premises solution.

This will be working alongside the Company's Architect to scope, define and estimate the development life cycle required for the product (work in collaboration with SAP ABAP developers for the backend part).

  1. Troubleshooting skills

The ability to problem-solve and systematically work through end-user help desk problems/issues. Communicate back and liaise with the Architect and Release Manager on the best remedy and way forward.

  1. Autonomy and ability to work without direct supervision.

  2. Ability to work together with the SAP backend (ABAP) developers and lead to ensure a smooth integration.

  3. Technical knowledge

  4. Very good experience and understanding of web technologies and trends in the market.

  5. Ability to be self-sufficient as a developer. This means being able to create your own test data for the purpose of unit testing your development changes.
  6. Be available to assist the functional consultants/ agents with a debug to analyze why functionality is processing in a certain manner.
  7. An understanding technically - or at least functionally - of SAP HCM (or other HR related software) is a big plus.

  8. Understanding the SSO concept is a plus.

  9. Development Lifecycle

  10. Ability to write and update specifications at a technical and business level.

  11. Ability to develop based on the contents of specifications provided by the architect team.
  12. Ability to work to a project plan and meet the milestones of the plan.
  13. Be able to develop your own unit tests and other styles of testing (System, Regression, PVT, etc.) where required to do so.

  14. Have a sense of accountability for the development and is able to take positive criticism.

  15. Sensitive Data

Respect the sensitivity of employee data in all environments that the company may have access to (in both production and non-production environments) and only reference employee data as part of the day-to-day support activities and do not disclose employee information to anyone other than those who are involved in the resolution of the issue.

  1. SLA

Accountable for call progression. Be responsible for issue queue resolution and the SLA's attached to call resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15 years of Web Development experience on client-side technologies
  • Web development experience using ReactJS
  • Mentor/Train juniors on ReactJS

WORK ARRANGEMENTS

Location: BGC, Taguig

Shift: Shifting schedule

Set-up: Hybrid

  • Probi 6 months: 4x onsite, 1x WFH per week

  • Regular: 3x onsite, 2x WFH per week

  • After a year: 2x onsite, 3x WFH per week (can be changed depends on the business needs and manager's decision)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php200,000.00 per month
