  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, STAAD, Midas Gen and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with design codes such as AISC, ACI, IBC, and ASCE.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati.
  • Performs detailed structural design and analysis, calculations using government codes and standards.
  • Develop a detailed design layout.
  • Determines project costs by calculating labor, material and related costs.
  • Ensures that mark ups are delivered to the CAD team on a timely basis.
  • Ensures that all documents from the CAD team are thoroughly checked for correctness and compliance with the company's standard procedure.
  • Do site inspection when necessary.
  • Do CAD drawings when necessary.
  • Willing to do overtime work.

Languages: Tagalog and English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
