About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production Helper to join our dynamic team at the SUPER CANDY CORPORATION' in Caloocan City Metro Manila. As a full-time Production Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations and ensuring the smooth production of our delectable confections.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the assembly and packaging of various candy products according to established procedures and quality standards
  • Monitoring production lines and machinery to identify and report any issues or irregularities
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Collaborating with the production team to optimise efficiency and productivity
  • Participating in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
