  • Greet and warmly welcome all clients, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and courteously.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle in-person inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Address client questions, concerns, or complaints with empathy and prompt problem-solving.
  • Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, products, packages, and promotions.
  • Give facility tours to prospective clients.
  • Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and coordinate cancellations/rescheduling using spa management software.
  • Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure a seamless service flow and optimal resource utilization.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, profiles, and appointment logs.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and ensure accurate daily financial reporting (cash handling).
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and processing paperwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
