JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assesses patient's general medical condition, provides information to the patient about the procedure and expected benefits and risks, and gives proper instructions to patients prior to the procedure.
• Administers hearing tests to determine the type and extent of hearing loss as prescribed by a licensed physician; provides diagnostic tests to determine the function of the inner ear.
• Provides hearing aid fittings and hearing health care instructions to patients with hearing loss.
• Assists patients and doctors in the ear, nose, and throat (ENT) diagnostic center.
• Coordinates with doctors and/ or other units the patient's condition as needed.
• Encodes patient information, charges the procedures and prepares results.
• Prepares patient's record and laboratory documents.
• Ensures that all equipment and accessories are functioning properly and the materials and supplies needed in the procedure are available.
• Adheres to proper safety precautions and infection and prevention control.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Allied Health
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience; Training in hearing procedure
• Technical skills, Clerical skills; Communication & Organizational skills
• Proactive; Team Player; Attentive to Details
• One (1) Full-Time position available
