DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Executing plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems

· Performs general electrical maintenance.

· Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.

· Performs effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units

· Repairs and replaces equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.

· Maintains heating and air conditioning systems.

· Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.).

· Prevents breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.

· Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
