About the role

Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Facialist Trainor/Sales Admin to join our dynamic team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Facialist Trainor/Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and providing training to our sales representatives and do sales also. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our cosmetics brand.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to our sales representatives to ensure they are knowledgeable about our product range and sales techniques
  2. Maintaining accurate sales records and generating reports to track team performance
  3. Assisting with the coordination and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities
  4. Liaising with customers to address any inquiries or concerns, and providing excellent customer service
  5. Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and contributing to the overall sales growth of the company
  6. Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to stay informed about new developments and trends in the cosmetics industry

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate sales representatives
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  4. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. A passion for the cosmetics industry and a genuine interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
