About the role

CCFCC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Surigao Del Sur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations of our mining equipment and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules to keep all mining assets in top condition
  2. Coordinate and supervise the work of maintenance technicians and mechanics to carry out preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
  3. Analyse equipment performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
  4. Ensure maintenance activities comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  5. Liaise with operations teams to minimise disruptions and maintain production targets
  6. Manage maintenance budgets and optimise parts and equipment inventory
  7. Provide training and development opportunities for the maintenance team
  8. Identify and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance maintenance operations

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager in the mining industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment and infrastructure maintenance
  3. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Proficient in using maintenance management software and data analytics tools
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field
