About the role

Join the dedicated team at Keralty Clinic' as a Staff Nurse. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care within our state-of-the-art medical facility located in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering compassionate nursing care to our diverse patient population.

What you'll be doing

  • Assess patients' conditions and monitor their progress

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans

  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

  • Ensure a safe, clean and well-organised nursing environment

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

What we're looking for

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the Philippines

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a general medical or surgical nursing setting

  • Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with patients, families and the healthcare team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical record systems

  • Commitment to providing exceptional, compassionate patient-centered care
