- Purchase Order Management:
o Review and process purchase requisitions in Oracle, converting them into purchase orders efficiently.
o Ensure accuracy and compliance with Procurement policies for all transactions.
o Maintain documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Supplier Coordination:
o Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and pricing agreements.
o Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
o Address supplier inquiries and resolve issues related to orders or payments.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· Minimum 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
· Proficiency in Oracle or similar procurement platforms.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
