In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and booking cruise holidays for our clients. This is a crucial position within our thriving travel agency, helping us to deliver unforgettable experiences for our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on cruise holiday options
- Researching and recommending the best cruise itineraries, accommodations and amenities to match customer preferences
- Handling all aspects of the cruise booking process, from initial enquiry to final confirmation
- Effectively communicating with customers throughout the booking journey
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the latest cruise line offerings, promotions and industry developments
- Collaborating with the wider travel team to ensure a seamless booking experience
- Providing post-booking support and resolving any customer queries or issues
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the travel or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle booking inquiries efficiently
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate bookings and documentation
