About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cruise Reservation Specialist to join our team at MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc.' based in Talisay City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and booking cruise holidays for our clients. This is a crucial position within our thriving travel agency, helping us to deliver unforgettable experiences for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on cruise holiday options
  2. Researching and recommending the best cruise itineraries, accommodations and amenities to match customer preferences
  3. Handling all aspects of the cruise booking process, from initial enquiry to final confirmation
  4. Effectively communicating with customers throughout the booking journey
  5. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the latest cruise line offerings, promotions and industry developments
  6. Collaborating with the wider travel team to ensure a seamless booking experience
  7. Providing post-booking support and resolving any customer queries or issues

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the travel or hospitality industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle booking inquiries efficiently
  4. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate bookings and documentation
  5. Proficient in using booking systems and general computer skills
  6. A passion for the travel industry and delivering exceptional customer service
