Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge in painting, electrical, and carpentry.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and fixing minor electrical issues (e.g., wiring, lighting, switches).

  • Conduct basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and replacing fixtures.
  • Follow workplace safety guidelines and use protective equipment properly.
  • Ensure maintenance work complies with company policies and local regulations.
