  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, price competitiveness, and reliability.
  • Request, review, and analyze quotations from multiple vendors.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely approval and processing.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to determine procurement needs and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and price lists.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in preparing procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier evaluations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
