About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Injection Staff to join our team at Matex Planetary Drive International Inc., a leading manufacturing company located in Calamba City Laguna.

As an Injection Staff, you will play a crucial role in our production processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible in encoding the daily Production Monitoring Check sheet to MOR.
  • Prepared Monthly Summary of Machine operation report.
  • Helps and assist during orientation for preparation of examination.
  • Prepares Purchase Request and submit to Purchasing department.
  • Prepares weekly schedule of Injection Manpower.
  • Prepares and request production supplies from Purchasing department.
  • Safekeeping and documentation of Standard Parameters setting.
  • Prepares In-process Report daily / weekly / monthly.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

What we're looking for

  • Preferably Information Technology Graduate with bachelor's degree.

  • Previous experience in an injection moulding or production role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle production challenges
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
