Job Summary:

The Hospitality Management Intern will assist in providing excellent customer service and supporting daily operations in a service-oriented environment. The intern will gain practical experience in hospitality standards, client relations, and operational support while helping ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients and guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Support front desk and customer service operations, including scheduling and inquiries
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of the workplace
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist in preparing service areas before and after client interactions
  • Observe and support service delivery while following safety and hygiene protocols
  • Handle client feedback and concerns professionally
  • Assist with monitoring supplies and basic inventory tasks
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management program and required to complete an internship
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn operational and service standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Presentable and compliant with workplace grooming standards

Allowance: Php 250.00
