A Production Planning and Inventory Controller is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning and execution of production schedules and inventory control. They are in charge of ensuring the right number of raw materials, components, and finished products are available at the right time to meet production demands and customer needs. Their role involves forecasting future inventory requirements, analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data, and performing mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.

PRODUCTION PLANNING AND INVENTORY CONTROLLER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize production and production workflow according to demands, finished product orders and materials availability.
  • To Ensure goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner.
  • Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple pillow products.
  • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and prepares monthly production plan and translates them into weekly and/or daily production schedules or production orders.
  • Determines the machine capacity & material usage for effective control on the consumption of resources.
  • Checks inventory of raw materials, packaging, work in-process & finished goods. Coordinates purchase of materials when needed.
  • Other assigned tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
