Job description

I. Job Summary

Responsible for providing safe, efficient, and professional transportation services to company executives. This includes ensuring punctual arrival at destinations, maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the vehicle, and always upholding a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport executives to and from meetings, events, airports, and other destinations as required.
  • Plan routes effectively to ensure timely arrival, accounting for traffic, road conditions, and time of day.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior) and ensure regular servicing and maintenance.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and report any issues or required repairs immediately.
  • Run occasional errands and assist with logistical tasks as requested. Maintain accurate records of travel times, destinations, and mileage.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of executives at all times.
  • Adhere to all traffic and driving laws, company policies, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school Graduate or equivalent
  • Has Company Driver experience or any related experience.
  • Can communicate effectively to all levels of organization.
  • With good writing and oral communication skills.
  • Has a strong personality.
  • Can easily follow instructions.
  • Can adapt to any type of environment.
  • Detail oriented
  • Flexible
  • Can perform multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
  • Willing to work at VERA. Dental Clinic Unit G-04 GF, San Jose Bldg. Tagaytay Rd. Santa Rosa City, Laguna

NOTE:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
