Product Listings and Optimization:

· Create and manage product listings on various online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop specialized industry marketplaces).

· Ensure product information is accurate, detailed, and optimized for search visibility.

· Continuously update product listings with new information, images, and specifications.

Inventory Management:

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely restocking.

· Manage and update stock availability on marketplace platforms to avoid overselling.

Customer Service:

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues through marketplace messaging systems.

· Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional manner.

Sales Performance Analysis:

· Track and analyze sales data from marketplaces to identify trends and opportunities.

· Provide regular reports on marketplace performance to management.

· Use insights to make data-driven decisions to improve sales and profitability.

Marketing and Promotions:

· Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales.

· Coordinate with the marketing team to align marketplace promotions with overall marketing campaigns.

· Utilize marketplace advertising tools to drive traffic and sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,200.00 per month
