· Attend to all calls and alarm signals in a timely and efficient manner, and according to operating procedures
· Responsible for maintaining and updating customer account data
· Work closely with team members to ensure accuracy of records and proper records keeping
· Arranging and scheduling maintenance with clients and internal departments
· Creating of Case/Service Appointments for the month
· Maintain a good filing system
· Handles other administrative matters where necessary
· Handle customers' complaints via phone or correspondence professionally
· Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
· Ensure excellent service delivery to both internal, external clients and partners
· Drive business quality and align objectives with consistent best practices and benchmarking
· Participate actively in the client retention strategies
· Meticulous, organized and an effective team player
· Manage all inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
· Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
