About the Role

We're hiring a Stream Clip Editor to help a growing gaming streamer create high-quality clips from their live streams. This role is perfect for someone who loves gaming content, pays attention to detail, and knows what makes a moment funny, exciting, or shareable.

You'll be responsible for watching full live streams, identifying the most engaging moments, and editing them into clips suitable for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities

  • Watch full recorded streams (gaming content).
  • Identify exciting, funny, or highlight-worthy moments.
  • Create engaging short clips (30–120 seconds) from streams.
  • Edit clips for pacing, captions, and platform-specific formats (vertical format for Shorts/Reels/TikTok).
  • Maintain consistent branding and style in all clips.
  • Deliver clips on a regular schedule for posting.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of gaming culture, memes, and what content performs well on short-form platforms.
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection to download/upload stream recordings.
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for storytelling and timing.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with content creators, streamers, or YouTubers.
  • Familiarity with Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok trends.
  • Skills in adding captions, memes, or sound effects to enhance clips.
