About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pollution Controller Officer to join our team at CPEFOODS PHILS INC.' in Bulacan, Central Luzon. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with environmental regulations and managing the organization's pollution control efforts.

What you'll be doing

  1. Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on the company's environmental impact and emissions levels
  2. Developing and implementing pollution control strategies and procedures to minimize the organization's environmental footprint
  3. Liaising with regulatory bodies and ensuring the company adheres to all relevant environmental legislation
  4. Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues or non-compliance
  5. Providing guidance and training to employees on environmental best practices
  6. Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the company's pollution control efforts
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative pollution control solutions

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science, engineering or a related field
  2. 5+ years of experience in a pollution control or environmental compliance role, preferably within the manufacturing or food processing industry
  3. Demonstrable expertise in environmental regulations, pollution monitoring and control technologies
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex environmental issues
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with regulatory bodies, management and employees
  6. Proficient in data analysis, report writing and project management
  7. Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to environmental sustainability
