This is a full-time role for a
Multimedia Producer
who wants to bring ideas to life through compelling visuals, storytelling, and content that inspires action. You'll be at the heart of how &you shows up in the world - capturing real moments, shaping the brand's visual identity, and creating content that supports Filipinos on their wellness journey.

You'll plan shoots, craft motion and sound, and turn raw footage into polished content that's ready for social, ads, and digital platforms. From pre-production to final export, you'll own the creative process and see your work live where it matters most — in front of audiences who are looking for solutions that make them feel better in their day-to-day lives. You're a match if you:

Creative Production

  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos and photos for social media, website, ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Create motion graphics, short-form videos, and visual assets optimized for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, etc.).
  • Manage lighting, audio, and post-production workflows to ensure professional output.
  • Maintain consistent visual quality aligned with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to translate briefs into visual executions.
  • Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

Asset Management

  • Maintain a well-organized library of photos, videos, and design templates.
  • Manage shoot logistics, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery.
  • Ensure that assets are properly named, versioned, and archived for easy access.

Profile Wishlist:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Film, Design, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
    in multimedia production, content creation, or creative agency work.
  • Proven skills in
    videography, photography, and graphic design
    .
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator).
  • Experience with digital and social media content formats, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong storytelling instincts, attention to detail, and understanding of visual rhythm.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
