Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record all financial transactions and regularly maintain the general ledger.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare internal financial reports and tenant account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and issue receipts while verifying incoming payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and issuance of tenant billings.
  • Monitor tenant accounts and payments, and follow up on overdue balances using NetSuite or QuickBooks.
  • Generate financial reports as requested by the Accounting Officer or management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related courses.
  • Preferably with one (1) year of related work experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in QuickBooks and/or ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable (A/R) and General Ledger is an advantage.

Pay: Php21, Php24,000.00 per month
