Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Required
Skills:

  • 7 to 10
    years of experience in SAP Finance/Controlling or Analytics, with at
    least 2 to 3 years in SAP PaPM.

  • Strong
    understanding of costing, profitability analysis, and
    performance management concepts.

  • Hands-on
    experience in PaPM modeling, including function types, data
    sources, and result views.

  • Familiarity
    with SAP HANA modeling, SQL scripting, and performance
    optimization.

  • Experience
    in at least one full-cycle PaPM implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead
    the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP PaPM
    models for profitability analysis, cost allocations, and performance
    management.
  • Collaborate
    with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and
    translate them into PaPM logic and functions.
  • Develop
    and maintain PaPM functions such as allocations,
    calculations, aggregations, and data transformations.
  • Integrate
    PaPM with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and external data sources.
  • Support testing,
    validation, and performance tuning of models.
  • Create
    and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training
    materials.
  • Provide post-go-live
    support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills:

  • SAP certification
    in PaPM or related modules (e.g., CO, BW/4HANA).

  • Exposure
    to financial planning, driver-based modeling, or regulatory
    reporting.

  • Knowledge
    of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Group Reporting is
    a plus.

  • Experience
    in Agile delivery environments.
