Role Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled and client-focused professional to support the integration, deployment, and ongoing support of cutting-edge Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Extended Reality (XR) systems. This role combines system integration, technical documentation, client education, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of smart wearable and immersive technology solutions.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable working with emerging technologies in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

System Integration

  • Integrate new hardware and complex systems related to AR, MR, and XR environments.
  • Ensure seamless interoperability, performance optimization, and reliability of integrated systems.

Documentation

  • Develop clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including integration guides, troubleshooting manuals, and best-practice references.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for internal teams and client use.

Client Communication & Training

  • Serve as a technical liaison for clients, clearly explaining integration processes and system capabilities.
  • Deliver training sessions and educational materials to support client adoption and success.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to smart wearables and integrated systems.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, configuration, and support for Android-based devices.
  • Minimize downtime through proactive issue resolution and system monitoring.

Best Practices & Compliance

  • Apply ICT best practices across all system implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, ethical, and industry standards.

Planning & Coordination

  • Define system integration strategies and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Sales & Pre-Sales Support

  • Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements.
  • Provide technical input during pre-sales discussions and help design customized solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in system integration, technical support, solutions engineering, or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of hardware and software integration principles.
  • Familiarity with Android devices, including configuration and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured troubleshooting approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, ITIL, or similar.
  • Experience working with AR, MR, XR, smart wearables, or emerging immersive technologies.
  • Background in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., technical consultant, field engineer, solutions engineer).
  • Experience as an Android developer or with Android application development.
