We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Oracle Technical Consultantto provide hands-on technical expertise across Oracle applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion/Cloud. The role is responsible for developing customizations, integrations, reports, and technical solutions that support key business functions. Experience in EPM, FDI, or report building is highly desirable.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle system customizations, extensions, and integrations.
  • Write and optimize PL/SQL code, develop data models, and build Oracle reports (BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Oracle modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide technical support for business functions such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other ERP-related processes.
  • Work with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and clients to support system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Configure and support ERP workflows and approval processes.
  • Contribute to end-to-end delivery including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of Project Accounting and Contracts modules is a strong advantage.
  • Prepare technical documentation, unit test scripts, and deployment notes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working with Oracle EBS (R12) and/or Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications.
  • Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI tools, Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and related Oracle technologies.
  • Experience with EPM, FDI, financial reporting, or data integration tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a BPO/Shared Services, consulting, or enterprise environment.
