Key Responsibility:

  • Verify and record details of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy against documents (Delivery Receipt, Picklist or waybill)
  • Conduct physical counting and visual inspection of products for quantity, description and damages
  • Ensure temperature requirements are met for all cold chain items during receiving and dispatch
  • Coordinate with warehouse pickers, loaders and dispatcher to ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Report any discrepancies, shortage or overages immediately to the Team leader or Supervisor
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all checked items
  • Ensure compliance with ORCA safety, sanitation and operational procedures
  • Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse team

Qualification:

  • At least High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • With experience in warehouse operations, checking or cold storage logistic is an advantage
  • Keen attention to detail and strong sense of accuracy
  • Physically fit and able to work in cold environments
  • Familiar with basic documentation and warehouse procedures
  • Willing to work on shifting scheduless, weekends or holidays as neeeded
