Graphic Artist / Graphic Designer Job Description

W*e are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Artist* to join our marketing and design team on affiliate status. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that captivates our audience, elevates our brand, and supports our marketing initiatives.

This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, an eye for aesthetics, and proficiency in industry-standard design software. The Graphic Artist will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate concepts into visually stunning and effective designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Production:
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, website banners, and print collateral (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters).
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the brand across all platforms.
  • Create original illustrations, icons, and infographics.
  • Prepare design files for both digital and print production, ensuring they meet technical specifications.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and strategies.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
  • Brand & Quality Control:
  • Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Maintain an organized and accessible library of digital assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital, video and print.
  • Expert proficiency with design softwares, specially video editing tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • A detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php Php1,000.00 per day

Expected hours: 1 – 8 per week
