We are looking for a friendly and efficient Counter Staff to join our team This role is responsible for taking and preparing customer orders, assisting with payment handling, and ensuring excellent service at the counter.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in F&B or customer service within the food industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take food or beverage orders accurately
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions
  • Ensure counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Assist in packing and serving food or drinks as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints politely
