The Aircon Technician is responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing air-conditioning and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal comfort and safe operation within the resort and casino.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air-conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC units to ensure efficiency and minimize breakdowns.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in aircon and refrigeration systems.
  • Monitor and adjust temperature controls to maintain guest comfort and equipment reliability.
  • Safely handle refrigerants and comply with environmental and safety standards.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies.
  • Coordinate with other technicians and departments for operational support.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or vocational course in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technology.
  • TESDA NC II certification in RAC Servicing preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in hotels, resorts, or commercial facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and safety practices.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools, power tools, and safety equipment properly.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
