About the role

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' in Lahug Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will be an integral part of our customer-focused operations, playing a key role in maintaining and growing our strong client relationships.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Provide accurate information and effectively resolve customer issues
  3. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  4. Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer concerns as needed
  5. Contribute to continuous process improvement and suggest ways to enhance the customer experience
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle various customer requests
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
  4. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  6. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
