Accounts Payable Specialist

What is your mission?We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the end-to-end AP process, from invoice receipt to vendor reconciliation. You will ensure accuracy in expense tagging, resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain accounting ledgers while supporting compliance and reporting. This role requires a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and proven experience handling high-volume invoices in a fast-paced environment.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and account transactions.
- Charge expenses to cost centers and GL accounts with accuracy.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
- Verify entries and compare reports to balances.
- Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos.
- Maintain accounting ledgers and historical records.
- Safeguard confidentiality of financial information.
- Support month-end closing and AP reporting.
- Stay updated on accounting policies and best practices.
- 5+ years' experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong ability to tag cost centers and GL accounts accurately.
- Experience handling high-volume invoice processing.
- Proven vendor reconciliation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
