A reputable Savings Bank is seeking experienced banking leaders to take on the role of Branch Manager, responsible for driving branch profitability, business growth, and community presence.

Branch Assignments Available In:

Pasay Grace Park, Caloocan Camarin Baclaran Cebu Tacloban Pagadian Tarlac Dagupan Valencia and General Santos (Gensan)

Job Objective

The Branch Manager is accountable for the overall performance, profitability, and growth of the branch, including CASA and loan portfolios. The role focuses on marketing, sales leadership, and relationship management for high-net-worth individuals and middle-market clients while ensuring excellent branch operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Actively promote the Bank's products and services within the community and nearby areas
  • Generate quality Business Loan accounts and grow CASA
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach
  • Ensure branch staff are knowledgeable about bank products through regular briefings
  • Conduct marketing calls, client visits, and relationship-building activities
  • Identify client needs and deepen existing client relationships
  • Implement bank-approved promotional and marketing programs
  • Cross-sell bank products (Consumer Finance, Cash Management, Commercial Lending, etc.)
  • Represent the Bank in business groups, social functions, and community events
  • Formulate client portfolio allocations aligned with financial objectives and risk profile
  • Perform enhanced due diligence for high-risk accounts
  • Coach and guide BROs and Sales Officers through regular sales huddles
  • Perform other related functions as assigned

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related course from a reputable school or university
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in branch banking and marketing
  • Must have prior experience as a Branch Head, Branch Manager, or Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in a bank
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, selling, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in sales achievement, account solicitation, and target attainment
  • With established Business Loan and CASA portfolio

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php55, Php80,000.00 per month
