We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on Marketing Executive (Events & Webinars) to support our marketing and events activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and in-house training events.

You will be responsible for event logistics, booth setup, event research, and assisting in executing both physical and online events. This role directly contributes to our brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Planning & Research

  • Research upcoming trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Recommend suitable events and build an annual event calendar.
  • Assist in planning internal training sessions, dealer events, and in-house marketing activities.

2. Event & Booth Logistics

  • Prepare and organize event materials (banners, brochures, displays).
  • Manage booth setup, layout, and teardown.
  • Coordinate shipping, packing lists, inventory, and event checklists.
  • Work closely with suppliers, organizers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

3. Webinars & Online Events

  • Assist in planning and hosting webinars.
  • Coordinate speakers, schedules, presentations, and technical setup.
  • Manage registrations, reminders, and attendee follow-ups.

4. On-Site Event Support

  • Support booth operations during events when required.
  • Engage visitors, collect leads, and represent the brand professionally.
  • Ensure all event activities run smoothly onsite.

5. Marketing Support

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and social media content related to events.
  • Provide updates during events via social media or company platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns.

6. Post-Event Reporting

  • Compile leads, feedback, event photos, and metrics.
  • Prepare simple performance reports and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience in events, marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willing to be hands-on with logistics and booth setup.
  • Able to multitask and work under event timelines.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel for trade shows and exhibitions.
