  • To follow the guidelines on Cashiering and ensuring that cash balances match transaction records.
  • To adhere to security protocols to protect customers, co-employees, and company. To maintain compliance with regulations, such as anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  • To maintain accurate records of transactions, customer information, and account details. This documentation is crucial for regulatory compliance and internal auditing.
  • To receive continuous training to stay updated on company policies and procedures and customer service skills. Also, assist in training new hires for proper guidance.
  • To collaborate with colleagues and other departments within the organization to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • To adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all their interactions and activities.
  • To perform other related tasks as deemed necessary by the Management
