What You'll Do:

  1. Shaping the Store's Success

  2. Supervise daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and floor operations.

  3. Drive sales performance by motivating the team, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  4. Lead, coach, and guide store staff to maintain productivity, teamwork, and adherence to company standards.
  5. Enforce company policies, health and safety guidelines, and loss prevention measures.
  6. Address customer concerns, operational challenges, and staff issues promptly and effectively.
  7. Develops and manages the store staff work schedule, ensuring adequate manpower coverage and optimal headcount at all times.
  8. Prepares and submits timely and accurate reports to the Head Office in accordance with established guidelines and deadlines.

● Greet every customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm—the kind that makes them feel right at home.

● Listen actively to understand their needs, preferences, and style, then match them with the perfect product.

● Share your knowledge about product features, fit, and style so customers feel confident and excited about their purchase.

● Go the extra mile—offer alternative suggestions, check stock in the back, or recommend styling tips to complete their look.

● Handle concerns or questions with patience, positivity, and professionalism.

● Keep displays eye-catching, trend-forward, and aligned with seasonal themes and promotions.

● Make sure every sneaker, sandal, and slide is placed with intention—because presentation matters.

● Work with the team to execute floor set changes that keep the store feeling fresh.

  1. Keep Inventory on Point

● Accurately receive, check, and record incoming merchandise to match purchase orders.

● Organize and maintain stockrooms for quick and efficient access.

● Monitor stock levels to avoid overstock or shortages.

● Replenish and rotate products regularly to ensure fresh presentation and availability.

● Assist with inventory counts, loss prevention measures, and reporting discrepancies promptly.

● Handle merchandise with care to maintain quality and presentation standards.
