We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to support our finance department with administrative, bookkeeping, and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, supporting the budgeting process, handling financial transactions, and assisting in compliance and audit preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and account reconciliations
- Assist in payroll preparation and distribution
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve billing or payment issues
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
- Support monthly and year-end financial closings
- Assist with audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Monitor office expenses and track budget performance
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant, or similar role
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
