Booking Salesman

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Route Management:

• Execute sales calls and visits to a pre-defined list of customers (e.g., retailers, convenience stores, restaurants) on a daily or weekly basis.
• Identify and secure new sales opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new customers within the assigned territory.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
• Maintain a detailed record of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Communicate promotions, new products, and special offers to customers.

Inventory and Cash Handling:

• Accurately process sales transactions, including invoicing, cash collection, and credit card payments.
• Reconcile daily sales and cash collections at the end of each shift and submit them to the appropriate department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in a sales, delivery, or merchandising role, preferably as a Van Salesman, Delivery Driver, or Route Salesman.
• Experience in the FMCG, food and beverage, electronics sector is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for calculating sales and handling cash.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physically fit and must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
