A booking salesman's duties revolve around securing sales by taking orders, collecting payments, and maintaining customer relationships, while also adhering to company procedures and meeting sales targets

Core Responsibilities:

• Order Booking:
• Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring all necessary details are captured for each order.
• Collections:
• Collecting payments from customers, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Managing outstanding invoices and following up on overdue payments.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities.
• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns promptly.
• Sales Performance:
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Identifying and implementing strategies to increase sales.
• Reporting:
• Preparing and submitting accurate sales reports, such as call sheets and daily sales reports.
• Tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Other Duties:
• Disseminating information about company products, promotions, and price changes to customers.
• Applying basic call procedures and following company guidelines.
• Attending sales meetings and training sessions.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and transactions
