About the role

As a Mortgage Broking Credit Analyst / Parabroker, you'll assess loan applications, calculate servicing positions, and provide clear recommendations for brokers to guide clients through the mortgage process. You will use a variety of Australian mortgage tools and calculators to ensure accurate and timely assessments, helping brokers deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
  • Minimum 1 year experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker, broking company, or mortgage credit assessment role
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end Australian mortgage process
  • Experienced in using mortgage servicing calculators such as Quickli, Loanapp, or similar tools
  • Proficient with mortgage CRM systems like MyCRM, FLEX, Mercury, Infinyty, or SalesTrekker
  • Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with brokers
  • Open to WFH/Hybrid/Onsite (Cebu City)
Task and Responsibilities
  • Assess loan applications and conduct detailed credit analysis to determine client eligibility and funding position
  • Calculate client serviceability and repayment capacity using Quickli or equivalent calculators
  • Perform needs analysis, product assessment, and recommend suitable mortgage solutions
  • Prepare clear and accurate notes, reports, and recommendations for brokers
  • Manage and update client information and application data in the CRM
  • Liaise with clients, banks, and solicitors as required to support the mortgage application process
  • Ensure compliance with lender policies, credit guidelines, and internal standards
  • Support brokers with ad hoc research, scenarios, and client queries related to mortgage funding
